1. What we collect
Only what you type into a form: your name, email address, social handle, and the answers you give about your audience and what you'd like to build. Nothing is collected from you covertly, and we don't buy lists.
Our host also records standard technical logs — IP address, browser, pages visited — as any web server does.
2. Why we collect it
To review your application, reply to you, and — if we work together — deliver what we agreed. That's the whole list. We don't profile you, we don't score you for advertising, and we don't feed your answers into anything you didn't ask for.
3. Free tools and your answers
The free tools run in your browser. Your answers are used to generate your result and are not stored against your identity unless you choose to send yourself a copy, in which case we hold the email address you gave until you ask us to remove it.
4. Cookies and analytics
We use a small number of essential cookies to make the site work, plus privacy-respecting analytics to count page views. We don't run advertising pixels or cross-site trackers, and we don't build an advertising profile of you.
5. Who else sees it
A short list of service providers who keep the business running: our hosting provider, our email provider, our scheduling tool and our payment processor. Each only sees what it needs, each is contractually bound to protect it, and none of them may use it for their own purposes.
We'll disclose information if the law genuinely requires it, and we'll tell you unless we're legally barred from doing so.
6. How long we keep it
Declined applications are deleted after twelve months. Client records are kept for as long as the law requires us to hold financial records, then deleted. You can ask us to delete anything sooner.
7. Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we're using it. We don't charge for this and we don't make it difficult. Requests are answered within thirty days.
8. Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is limited to the people who need it, and we review that access regularly. No system is perfect — if something ever goes wrong, we'll tell you promptly and plainly.
9. Children
This site and our services are for people aged 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect information from children, and we delete it immediately if we discover we have.
